Do not wet polymer clay earrings. Avoid using chemicals, solvents, perfume, jewelry cleaners, or any aerosol products near the earrings.
Earrings with epoxy resin: treat it as you would glass. Use a soft cloth and a gentle cleaner just like you would any glass surface. Makeup or dirt can be removed by doing this. Use a regular cleaning cloth for the hardware. The cured clay itself is very flexible and will bend before breaking. The earring will not break when dropped but can be scratched by other metals. So be sure to store away from other metal jewelry. Remember, your earrings are handmade so please take care!
For made to order items, the processing time is 5 business days. There is an additional 3-5 days for shipping. With items that are ready to ship, they will ship out 2-3 days after you order them. Shipping will still take 3-5 days.
If you are buying a gift for someone, we recommend ordering the earrings 2-3 weeks before the date you’d like to receive them. Contact us directly if you need your items by a specific date and we’ll try our best to get it to you by then (within reason). We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to unexpected delays with postal services.
